Payment Options

Cash on Delivery (Applicable only for Greece)

Payment is made at the time of delivery to the representative of the courier company we work with. This service has an additional charge of €2 to your transportation costs. Cash on delivery is available so long as the order is under 23 kg/ vol. If we find that your order is heavier and/ or bulkier and has not been registered in our system we will contact you.

NOTE: During peak periods COD will be deactivated.

By Card

You can complete your transaction by credit, debit or prepaid card. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD from any bank they have been issued. Unfortunately, payment in installments is not available. Your card details are entered and your payment is processed on EUROBANK’s secure environment and they are not shared or stored for any use on our website.

In order to confirm your order as well as your payment it is necessary to state the code of your order when you make the deposit.

NOTE: We reserve your products for 3 working days once your order has been made. If we do not receive your payment along with the code of the order your order will be cancelled without any notification from us. If you see you will delay or find a problem contact us in time so we can accommodate you.

Via PAYPAL

You can pay with your PAYPAL account on our e-shop. Upon completing your order, select from the list of payment options ‘Via PAYPAL’ and you will be redirected to PAYPAL’s secure payment platform to make your payment. During this process our website does not see, store nor share your card details for any reason.

Pay & Collect from ZOUZOU

If you are in Athens you can pay and collect your order from our store ZOUZOU, where we will be happy to meet you! When you complete your order, select from the list of options ‘Pay & Collect from ZOUZOU’.

Please bring a digital or print copy of the confirmation email and an ID. If someone else is coming, they’ll need a copy of the confirmation email and an ID to grab the order. This way we know who’s picking it up.
